Anyone is permitted to cater food at the Riviera Room Banquet Facility at Stillwater
Valley Golf Club. Listed below are the rules we expect all caterers to abide by:
- Caterer has one hour after completion of event to clean all areas used by the caterer (sweep, mop, wipe down cabinets in prep room and
remove linens if used). After the first hour, there will be a $200 per hour charge to the caterer until the job is completed. The fee is
high but the way the place has looked after some events has left us with no alternative.
- Caterers work directly for the renting party; therefore, renting party is responsible for caterers.
- Use of walk-in cooler: No charge
- Use of convection oven and kitchen: $40 per hour
- China plate usage: 1 - 100 plates $25; 101 - 200 plates $50; 201 - 300 plates $75
- Linen napkins and tablecloths are available for $6 per table. Color napkins are available for an additional $.15 per napkin. If interested, please advise a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event.
- All plates must be cleaned and returned to Stillwater Valley Golf Club within 24 hours of the event
- Stillwater Valley Golf Club will wash plates for $1.50 per plate.
