- Capacity - The banquet facility will accomodate approximately 250 people
- Rental Fee - The cost to rent the banquet facility for the year 2008 is $900. Included in the rental fee is rental of the hall, bartenders and cleanups after the event. We do ask that everything that is yours must be taken with you after the event is over.
A 15% service gratuity will be added to the bill. Tax rate is 7%.
- Deposit - A nonrefundable $400 deposit is due when the contract is signed.
- Catering - Have your meal prepared at Stillwater Valley Golf Club or use any caterer of your choice. Rent the Riveria Room for only $500 if the meal is provided by Stillwater Valley! Please see Caterer's Responsibility Page.
- Refreshments - All refreshments must be purchased from Stillwater Valley Golf Club. We have different packages available. See Refreshments Page for complete listings.
