General Information & Fees

Capacity:
The banquet facility will accommodate approximately 250 people

 Rental Fee: The cost to rent the banquet facility for the year 2012 is $1100.  Included in the rental fee is rental of the hall, bartenders, and cleanup after the event.  We do ask that everything that is yours must be taken with you after the event is over.  A 15% service gratuity will be added to the bill.  Tax rate is 7%.
 
Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit of $400 is due when the contract is signed.
 
Catering : Have your meal prepared at Stillwater Valley Golf Club or use any caterer of your choice.  Rent the Riviera Room for only $650 if the meal is provided by Stillwater Valley!
 
Refreshments :All refreshments must be purchased from Stillwater Valley Golf Club.  We have different packages available.

**Service Gratuity of 15% will be added to the bill.

Anyone is permitted to cater food at the Riviera Room Banquet Facility at the Stillwater Valley Golf Club.  Listed below are the rules  we expect all caterers to abide by.

• Caterer has one hour after completion of event to clean all areas used by the caterer (sweep, mop, wipe down cabinets in prep room and remove linens if used).
• Caterers work directly for the renting party; therefore, renting party is responsible for caterers
• Use of walk-in cooler—No Charge
• Use of convection oven and kitchen--$40 per hour
• China plate usage:  1-100 plates $25;  101-200 plates $50; 201-300 plates $75  All plates must be cleaned and returned to SVGC within 24 hours of the event.  SVGC will wash plates for $1.50 per plate
• Linen napkins and tablecloths are available for $6.00 per table.  Color napkins are available for an additional $0.15 per napkin.  If interested advise a minimum of two weeks prior to the event.
