Capacity: The banquet facility will accommodate 250 people.
Rental Fee: Rental cost for the banquet facility is $700.00. Included in this fee is hall rental, bartenders, and clean up after the event. We do ask that all items belonging to you be taken with you immediately after the event. An 18% service gratuity on all food and refreshment packages as well as a 7.25% tax on food, refreshments, and rental fee.
Smaller parties of 100 guests or less such as birthday, anniversary, or graduation parties may call for pricing and availability.
If available, The Riviera Room may be rented on Friday for decoration and set up for $200 fee.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $400 is due upon completion of the contract.
Refreshments: All refreshments must be purchased from Stillwater Valley Golf Club. Different packages are available. Please see the "refreshments" page for complete listings.
